Each session is around 2 hours — long enough to go deep, but not overwhelming. We’ll talk, explore visuals, map things out, and dig into what actually matters to you. It’s not a lecture. It’s a guided process — and you’re an active part of it.

Each session is built around a core theme:

  1. Story – We unpack your past. You’ll make sense of what shaped you.
  2. Vision & Goals – We clarify where you’re headed — and why it matters.
  3. Identity & Insight – You’ll reconnect with who you are (and who you’re becoming).
  4. Transitions – When life gets foggy, we find your next brave step.
  5. Rhythms & Routines – You’ll redesign your daily life to match your energy and values.
  6. Relationships – We build (or rebuild) the connections that matter most.

Each session stands on its own — but together, they build something powerful.


✍️ What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 It’s interactive. There’s writing, reflecting, discussing, mapping, and a whole lot of thinking out loud.

🔹 There’s some homework. But don’t worry — it’s not “school.” It’s reflection that helps you apply what you’re discovering.

🔹 You’ll take notes. Bring a notebook, iPad, journal — whatever works. The insights come fast, and they’re worth remembering.

🔹 You’ll be honest. Not polished. Not perfect. Just present. That’s the only ask.
